Eligibility:

• This EMI offer is available to all travellers who opt for the "Holiday on EMI" plan.
• The traveller must provide accurate personal and payment information at the time of booking.

EMI Payment Structure:

• The traveller is required to pay 11 EMI’s on a monthly basis.
• The trip can be availed in the 12th month after the successful completion of all 11 EMI’s.
• The traveler must provide the intended travel dates at least 3 months prior to the departure date.
• Each EMI must be paid before the 10th of every month.

Missed Payments:

• If the EMI payment is missed for up to 2 consecutive months, the traveller can still reinstate the trip by paying the outstanding amount within 15 Days of the Due Date.
• If the EMI is overdue for more than 45 consecutive Days, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
• In the event of cancellation due to non-payment, 10% of the total amount paid will be forfeited.
• The remaining balance will be refunded to the traveller within 15 working days of the cancellation.

Transferability

• The Traveller can transfer the trip to Anyone 3 Months Prior to Travel within the Friends and Family.
• If the time is less than 3 Months the booking cannot be amended or transferred to anyone. 

Cancellation and Refund:

• If the booking is cancelled within 90 Days of the Travel Date 33% of the total amount of the package will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded in 15 working days.
• If the booking is cancelled within 60 Days of the Travel Date 40% of the total amount of the package will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded in 15 working days.
• If the Booking is cancelled with in 30 Days of the Travel Date 66% of the total amount of the package will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded in 15 working days.
• If the Booking is cancelled with in 15 Days of the Travel Date 100% of the Total amount of the Package will be deducted and there will be NO Refund for the same.
• If the booking is cancelled due to overdue payments exceeding 2 months, the traveler will receive a refund after deducting 10% of the payments made.
• The refund process will be initiated immediately upon cancellation and will be completed within 15 working days.

Travel Dates:

• The traveller must inform the company of their desired travel dates no later than 3 months prior to the planned departure date.
• Changes to travel dates after submission may be subject to additional charges or may not be possible based on availability.
• Offers are not Valid for Black out dates and festive season such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas and New Years.

No Interest on EMI Payments:

• This EMI plan is interest-free, and no additional charges will be applied to the EMI amount if paid within the due dates.

Modifications to the Plan:

• The company reserves the right to modify or terminate this EMI plan at any time. However, travelers who have already enrolled and paid EMIs will be governed by the terms at the time of enrollment.

Jurisdiction:

• All disputes related to this EMI plan will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur city where the company is headquartered.

By enrolling in the Holiday on EMI plan, the traveler agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
